Senior Account Executive
(Commercial Lines Division)

Experienced insurance professional with desire for growing business and aiding in the staff development of an active Commercial Lines Insurance Division. Position offers diversification and requires ability to work in a fast-paced career position while maintaining flexibility to the changing industry requirements.
This key position will act as a partnership model for the retention and growth of a book of business and display ongoing excellent communication between Producers and other team members. The Senior Account Executive is instrumental in performing analysis of comparisons of proposals while offering excellent service to existing book of business. Key attributes required are a commitment to annual business plans, proactive on working renewals by coordinating timely and responsive renewal processes with staff, coordinating premium collection and receivables research, proactive follow up with client account status, inquiries and concerns. External presentations to existing clients are required to enhance client relations and aid Producers by performing coverage reviews. Position will act as a liaison to the Director of Client Services. Use of the applied system and maintaining electronic tracking systems will be crucial. Key relationships with carriers will be essential in determining carrier expectations while identifying opportunities for cross-selling with clients. Must be flexible to meet work requirements and client needs.

Candidates must have a minimum of seven years property and casualty insurance experience, 2-20 Florida insurance license or out-of-state equivalent with account marketing experience, preferred four-year college degree or insurance designation, previous experience with supervision a plus along with Applied software experience. Must be computer automated and have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and offer flexibility in work hours as may be required to meet business demands and have the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner while offering exceptional client service.

Sales Producer
(Commercial Lines Division)

Producer with a minimum of five years Commercial Lines Insurance experience and a 2.20 Florida insurance license with ability to communicate with clients. Career-minded professionals can maximize earnings through individual sales efforts with a commission structure to match production capabilities and track record with proven stability and history of career success.

Computer literacy and ability to work in a team-oriented environment is required. Commercial Lines Account Executive and CSR are key positions that will have responsibility for retention and assisting growing book of business.

The Account Executive is an insides sales position that requires a Florida 2-20 insurance license. Responsibilities include supporting outside sales Producers in performing analysis of comparison of proposals. Key attributes required would be a commitment to annual business plans, proactive on working renewals, coordinate premium collection and receivables research, proactive follow up with client account status, inquires and concerns. Key relationships with carriers will be essential in determining carrier expectations while identifying opportunities for cross selling with clients.

The CSR position requires a minimum of a 4-40 Florida insurance license. The CSR role is instrumental in supporting outside sales Produces and Account Executives while offering excellent client service to existing book of business while maintaining accurate client records.

Positions require use of the Applied system and maintaining electronic tracking systems on accounts. Knowledge of commercial lines insurance along with proven stability and exceptional client service skills with strong computer skill sets are essential.
